RehabIQ
Terms of Service
This review draft describes the RehabIQ service at a high level. It is not an agreement for use of the service.
Document version: rehabiq-terms-v2
1. Service overview
RehabIQ is a renovation performance and cost-intelligence platform for real-estate investors. The product plan covers deal analysis, renovation scope and budgets, contractor schedules, project costs and progress, and project performance reports.
Some planned features support project collaborators and optional public Pulse voting or Reveal pages. Availability and permissions for each feature depend on what is enabled in the service.
2. Project information and outputs
Project information may include property details, purchase and value assumptions, renovation scope, budget versions, schedule entries, contractor information, photos, invoices, notes, and project decisions.
Analysis and planning outputs use information and assumptions supplied to the service. Review project facts and estimates with the people responsible for the property and renovation.
3. Sharing and collaborators
The product plan includes different project roles for investors, project managers, contractors, agents, designers, stagers, photographers, and approved read-only partners. The information each role can access depends on the permissions enabled for the project.
RehabIQ Pulse and RehabIQ Reveal are planned public sharing features. The project owner selects which renovation information to publish; private project finances and contractor records are not intended for public display by default.
4. AI features
The product plan includes AI features for reviewing renovation information. AI responses may require review before they are used in project decisions. Provider terms, data handling, and the available AI allowance have not been confirmed for launch.
5. Plans and billing
No paid plan terms are approved in this draft. Price, billing interval, project and team limits, AI allowances, trial eligibility and duration, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and access after a subscription ends remain unconfirmed.
