RehabIQ

Privacy Policy

This review draft identifies the information RehabIQ is designed to handle and the operating details that still need confirmation.

1. Information in project records

RehabIQ project information can include an account name and email; property and acquisition details; renovation scope, room and trade information; original and revised budgets; actual costs; contractor and team details; schedules; progress notes; photos and documents; and project decisions.

The product plan also includes deal analysis, AI-assisted review, optional public Pulse voting, and RehabIQ Reveal project pages. Information used by those features can include the assumptions, prompts, selections, and project material entered for the request.

2. Project sharing

The product plan includes role-based access for investors, project managers, contractors, agents, designers, stagers, photographers, and approved read-only partners. The records each person can view depend on the project permissions enabled in the service.

RehabIQ Pulse and RehabIQ Reveal are planned public-sharing features. A project owner selects information to publish. Private project finances and contractor records are not intended for public display by default.

3. Details that need confirmation

This is a review draft, not an effective Privacy Policy. The following operating details must be confirmed before a final policy can describe them:

  • The legal service operator, its address, and the monitored privacy contact.
  • Where the service will be offered and which privacy jurisdictions apply.
  • The service providers that process project, authentication, file, email, analytics, and AI information, including their processing regions and applicable data-handling terms.
  • Whether analytics or other tracking is enabled, what it records, and the controls available to visitors and account holders.
  • How long account, project, uploaded-file, support, analytics, and backup records are retained, and how access, export, correction, and deletion requests are handled.
  • Which information any paid subscription flow would collect or share if paid plans are offered.

4. Before this draft can take effect

Confirm the operating facts above and have the complete privacy terms reviewed. This draft does not set a retention period, identify a processor or storage region, promise a request deadline, or describe a tracking choice that has not been confirmed.
